Los Angeles Real Estate
Your home is a forced savings account.
Never forget that.
“Spend one dollar wisely and you will get three. Spend one poorly and you will lose three.”
Judson did not come to real estate from another career. “I was basically raised in real estate. My parents loved to buy houses and fix them up, first for fun, then for profit. I literally earned my allowance working alongside them. I have worked on, sold, remodeled or advised on hundreds of homes since childhood.”
That history is what makes the walk-through different. Not only what a property is, but exactly what has to happen to reach its potential.
Licensed since 2004, and with Rodeo Realty since 2019. Realtor, interior designer, developer and project manager, CA DRE #01411187.
“I am that rare breed, a true Los Angeles native. There is a gem waiting to be purchased, or discovered, in every part of our city.”

Self-Help Books
“Snap Out Of It!” “Get Over It!”
Two things people say to someone who is drowning. I put a question mark on both.
I have always loved to read. So much so that when my parents would finish a novel they would hand it down to me. The Godfather thrilled me. The Exorcist gave me nightmares, but in a good way. Books were a great way for me to escape the drama I was surrounded in. And believe me there was a lot of drama.
Over the years I developed a love of writing and found myself many an evening with pen and paper, then a typewriter, now a computer.
I graduated the American Film Institute as a screenwriter, so when I write a book I prefer short, voice driven books.
My philosophy has always been, if you have successfully survived something, and you feel you can help someone, whether that is one person or millions, then you should put it down on paper.
I always wanted to write a trilogy of self-help books. Here you will find two. I hope you enjoy.
Judson writes with clarity, humor and purpose, seeking to share his own hard-earned wisdom with others in search of real-life answers.

Furniture Design
Bringing art back to furniture.
Furniture is one of the oldest art forms that can make or break a room depending on your choices. Over the years I have designed many pieces that are inspired from French, Italian, and English heritage. I hope you enjoy them, they were proudly manufactured here in Los Angeles and many are still available for purchase.
